About Us

Dylan has loved animals since before he could walk and loves sharing his enthusiasm about conservation with others. When Dylan was 8 years old he started making monthly donations to the San Diego Zoo Global Wildlife Conservancy. Since then, he has raised over $3,000 to help save endangered species.

After hosting his own summer camp in 2013, Dylan realized that he enjoyed teaching other kids about endangered species and wanted to teach more kids about how they could make a difference too. It only seemed fitting to make Dylan's Animal Adventure Camp more than just a summer camp. With the help of Dylan's mom, Michelle, they started Dylan's Animal Adventures.

Michelle shares Dylan's passion for conservation and wildlife. She maintains her own website Life with Dylan, where she writes about conservation issues, endangered species, and living an eco-friendly lifestyle. Together, Dylan and Michelle make a wonderful team.

Dylan chooses the topic for each new booklet and then does the research so that only the most current information is shared. Michelle writes all the content and designs the adventure guides with kids in mind. Thanks to an amazing graphic artist, Steph Calvert of Hearts and Laserbeams, each adventure has new animal friends that you won't find anywhere else.

In addition to sharing their passion for wildlife and making learning about endangered species fun, Dylan and Michelle wanted to make Dylan's Animal Adventures about giving back to organizations that they support. Therefore, $3.00 from the sale of each booklet will be donated to one of the non-profit organizations listed on the Proceeds Benefit page.
